Thought you might enjoy seeing a picture of Katie wearing the Ezee Wean. The Ezee Wean works great. Katie, a 5-1/2 month old mini-mule, doesn't even try to nurse, and hasn't since we put it on her. We will more than likely be calling you for at least one more Ezee Wean when we are ready to wean more foals. Thanks so much. It's a wonderful way to wean a foal.

I just wanted to write to you and let you know how much I loved the EZ Wean and am so glad you make this product available! This was our first foal and eveything I'm doing with him is natural horsemanship. Nothing old-school. We started him out by imprinting and have gone from there. I was concerned about weaning him from his mother through separation and the anxiety it would create. When I saw your product, I was immediately ready to try it. It worked the very first day we put the EZ Wean halter on Toby. His mother, Grace, immediately told him "no more milk" gently, she simply would walk away from him each time he tried. We took the halter off after 6 weeks and that was that. He has not tried to suckle once since. Thank you so much for this really amazing experience. I was dreading the weaning process, and now I know I never have to dread it in the future.

Just wanted to let you know that it appears Ezee Wean is living up to all you said it would do. I don't think he is trying to nurse anymore. Her bag has been swollen, and I think it is starting to shrink. He behaves more independently, and pals around with his stepsister more. He, of course hates the Ezee Wean and tries to get it off, but it is very well constructed, and I think it will last throughout the entire 6-8 weeks without any damage. I'm glad I found your site and bought your product. You're very knowledgeable. Thanks.

"The Ezee Wean Halter is fantastic. There is no way that I could have weaned Bianca off mother with out this wonderful halter. Bianca kept learning from her mother all the time, even though she was not able to get any more milk. She never was hysterical. I had no other foal that I could have put with her. So this was the solution to my problem. She has turned into a very well adjusted yearling. I started weaning her off mother when she was 6 months old. I think she was completely weaned off mom in a couple of months. I can take mom and Bianca away separately with no problem. Thank goodness for the EZEE Wean Halter.

"I tried the "good ol boy" method with our first thoroughbred foal. I put him and his mom on opposite sides of a fence so they could touch noses. She wandered off, the colt panicked and tried to jump the "over his head" gate. Needless to say, we spent the weekend with the vet stitching him up and will now have to wait and see how things heal. This was a very expensive colt that our stupidity has possibly ruined. I wish our vet would have recommended your product when
he told us to wean the colt."
